KNOWN BUGS:

Analysis section of FAQ needs improvement

Association of subjects with forums is not yet defined or published.

AP is not yet charged.

Hiding of one's skill rating is not yet implemented.

Analysis based on time must be randomized by one week, and the time field must be hidden.

Various default points for a new user probably need to be tweaked.

Various default values for a new question probably need to be tweaked.

The calculations that occur when processing an answer need to be examined closely for problems. Some constants may need to be tweaked.

The FAQ should explain in exact detail the calculations that occur when processing an answer.

There is currently no method of automatically calculating question difficulty to be used in the calculation of winnings. There might not be a way to do this well.

When an opinion question is answered, there should be some mechanism to inspire the user to be conservative in his specification of “sureness”—so that users aren’t tempted to say they are completely sure for every opinion question. This might be accomplished with a slight penalty to skill rating or other points, proportional to how sure the user says he is.

How does a user earn QP in a subject that is almost exclusively opinion questions?
